Gojudi Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and gojudi ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the gojudi website at gojudi.top, the GoJudi mobile app, and all services provided by this platform.

In this document, there are several important definitions you need to understand:

• "GoJudi Platform" refers to the entire online gaming system, including the website, app, and all related services operated by gojudi.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a member to access gojudi services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of online funds available in a member's account for use in games.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or rewards granted by gojudi to members subject to specific terms.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring winnings or account balance to the payment method registered by the member.

GoJudi services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. GoJudi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any member at any time and take appropriate action if the conditions below are not met.

• You are registering and playing of your own free will, without coercion from any party.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) gojudi account only. Owning more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or financial information — is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• GoJudi reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for legal compliance purposes.

GoJudi reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, GoJudi will file a report with the relevant authorities.

• All game results generated by the gojudi Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.
• Live Casino game results delivered by real dealers are also final.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempted money laundering through the GoJudi platform.
• Harassment, threats, or inappropriate behaviour towards other members or GoJudi staff.
• Selling, transferring, or sharing your GoJudi account with any other party.
• Using unauthorized payment methods or those belonging to another party without consent.

A GoJudi account may be closed or suspended through the following means:

• Voluntary Closure: Members may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the GoJudi support team. Any valid balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
• Closure by GoJudi: GoJudi reserves the right to close or suspend the account of any member who violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
• Closure Due to Inactivity: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity management fee or closure at GoJudi's discretion.
• Self-Exclusion Program: Members who wish to stop playing may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming GoJudi.

Once an account is closed due to a breach of terms, gojudi reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance if there is evidence of fraud or abuse. gojudi's decision in such matters is final.

Continued use of the GoJudi platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your GoJudi account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the gojudi platform shall be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties before any legal action is taken.
